My name is Phyllis Hedge, I became interested in spirituality after being asked to leave a church and then finding out a friend had breast cancer.  I felt useless and wanted to do something to help her.  I spoke with another friend who told me about a healing modality called Reiki.  She sent me a book to read with hand positions, physical, emotional, mental and spiritual meanings, etc.  It all seemed very familiar to me so I asked her what I needed to do and she attuned me.

I have been attuned for about 6 years.  I was attuned to master level in 2004.  I then incorporated a modality called Integrated Energy Therapy (I.E.T.) which brings in 9 healing angel energies.  I was then attuned to Master-Instructor and have been using the two modalities together for my energy practice called Healing Energy Angel Therapy (H.E.A.T.).

During this process angel oracle cards were also introduced to me.  I learned to use them by doing readings over the phone with a friend who live in Colorado.  This also felt very comfortable for me, like it was something I had done before.  I was invited to do readings at the Crystal Voyage about 4 years ago and have been doing them there since.   I also have a  practice located on the 3rd floor of the Crystal Voyage.  The Crystal Voyage is a spiritual gift & book store, crystal & mineral shop. 

I am an energy intuitive, clairaudient, clairsentient, and when the mood strikes spirit I can be clairvoyant.   I give guidance to people that have loved ones on the other side, helping them with their grief  process, & release of stuck negative energy allowing a feeling of well being.  Using these energies people become very relaxed, enabling them to release blocks they may have stored in their physical, emotional, mental or spiritual layers.  This process helps them to move forward in their life instead of remaining stuck.
